FINAL NOTICE
MAIN CAMPUS POWER SHUTDOWN SUNDAY MAY 27, 2007
There will be an electrical shutdown on Main Campus on Sunday, May 27, 2007 from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. This Memorial Day Weekend date has been chosen to minimize any inconvenience to any student who has not yet moved off campus and to the faculty and staff who are not off for the holiday. Before leaving for the weekend, please shut down and unplug all computers and printers.
The reason for this shutdown is to perform high voltage maintenance and testing. All Main Campus buildings will be affected EXCEPT: Southwell Hall, Waul House, Bea House, Botolph House, Canisius House, Connolly House, Daly House, Haley House, Manresa House, Murray House, 14 Mayflower Road, 24 Quincy Road, 25 Lawrence Ave., 30 Quincy Road, 31 Lawrence Ave, 55 Lee Road, 142 Beacon Street, 194 Beacon Street, Greycliff Residence Hall, St Clements, the entire Upper Campus and ALL College Road house properties.
All other buildings/residence halls will only have emergency back-up power
from the generators for egress lighting and for life safety equipment. If you
