The Trades Maintenance area consists of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC mechanics, painters, and locksmiths.
The following list identifies some of the routine and special requests supported by this group:
- Responsible for routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance
- Support special functions involving both campus and community events
- Inspection of all BC properties
- Bureau of Conferences function support
- Energy conservation projects (i.e., water reduction projects, lighting efficiency programs)
