Large Chiller Start-Up Schedule

facilities services

The cooling season is fast approaching and the Mechanical Shop has been preparing the necessary systems for the upcoming season. The chiller start-up schedule is set by the necessity to provide cooling and/or heating in the early spring. Each building is assessed upon its particular use and requirements. Factors such as students’ use, research needs, mechanical systems and previous years’ experience are taken into consideration.

Our schedule is weather dependent, but we are making every effort to keep the campus comfortable in this ever-changing New England climate.

If you have a question regarding the following schedule, please call the Work Order Center at Extension 2-3048.
