Pasta toss of penne rigate and cheese tortellini, oven roasted plum tomato ragu with fresh basil, and creamy alfredo sauce, warm roasted garlic rolls, and herb focaccia bites
Hand wrapped: flour tortilla, seasoned rice, and choice of: red beans or black beans, meat (tener braised chicken, adobo-marinated pork, or grilled steak), grilled vegetables or guacamole, salsa, and cheese or sour cream.
MAC 'N CHEESE STATION
Custom made macaroni and cheese station with toppings that include fried chicken bites, sweet Italian sausage, applewood smoked bacon, fresh herbs, mushrooms, roasted tomato, roasted garlic, jalapeno, broccoli, and aged imported cheddar cheese
TENDERLOIN CARVING STATION
Roast tenderloin of beef accompanied by smoked tomato jam, dijon horseradish sauce, and fresh baked dinner rolls
Carved slow roasted prime rib au jus with bacon onion jam, Dijon horseradish sauce, and fresh baked dinner rolls
CLASSIC NEW ENGLAND RAW BAR
Poached jumbo shrimp, seasonal oysters, and clams on the half shell, served with cocktail sauce, mignonette, tabasco, and lemon wedges

Chef Attendants are charged separately from the food.
