If your event requires any of the below services, please contact your Event Coordinator at least two weeks prior to your event and they will assit you in arranging logistics.
The Boston College Police Department (BCPD) 87 professionally trained police officers, gate attendants, security officers, communications officers, and support staff. BCPD works together with our community to create a safe and secure campus environment that encourages mutual respect, caring for others and responsible behavior. The department’s policies, practices and services are aligned with the University’s Jesuit traditions to search for truth in every discipline, foster the desire to learn, and live justly together. We serve our community by providing professional police and public safety services 24 hours a day, every day of the year and recognize our role to exercise good judgment and discretion in the enforcement of laws, policies and community expectations.
During the summer, the Office of Residential Life opens its residential facilities to registered on-campus programs and conferences. If you are seeking housing for your on-campus summer program, please talk to your Event Coordinator. The mission of the Disability Services Office is to assist those with disabilities at Boston College in achieving their educational, career, and personal goals through the full range of institutional and community resources. The office ensures that those with disabilities receive equal access to all Boston College programs. The Office will work with event sponsors and individuals to provide reasonable accommodations and accessibility for every event on campus. Eagle Print services is the contracted supplier for all printing, graphic design, bulk mail, and copier services. They can support business, academic, and event needs through every stage of the print process – from large-format banners to nametags, invitations and programs.
Boston College Media Technology Services (MTS) provides a wide range of technology support and media production services for the entire University and its guests. If you need any audio or projection services for your event, please contact your Event Coordinator at least two weeks in advance to arrange for an MTS staff member to assist you at your event.
The Office of News & Public Affairs at Boston College is the official source of University news and information for internal and external constituencies. The Office of News & Public Affairs works with the news media by communicating newsworthy information on events, people, programs and research and securing faculty experts for stories.
Transportation and Parking Services offers the Boston College community a single location for all transportation and parking information.
