about project management at boston college
Many of us do not have “Project Manager” in our title but are often asked to manage projects, work with teams and stay on budget! The Office of Employee Development would like to help you master these skills by offering Project Management Essentials, a comprehensive session for non-project managers. If you are interested in this program, please contact your HR Liaison.
These sessions include an introduction to Project Management (PM) by ITS and takes you through the project management cycle from start to finish. These sessions will be offered over the course of a semester requiring a 12 hour commitment to complete the program. The sessions are as follows:

“The introduction of best practices, individual tips and tricks; panel was especially well-suited in experience and presentation”
“I had no idea there were so many project management resources available, I'm so glad I learned where to find them and the best way to use them.”
