Retaliation

It is a violation of University policy to engage in any form of retaliation or intimidation in connection with complaints of sexual misconduct. Any student engaging in any such retaliation or intimidation may be found responsible for a conduct violation. Any such acts of retaliation or intimidation by a Boston College student should be promptly reported to the Office of the Dean of Students. This policy and related processes may also apply to any allegation that a student has attempted to prevent an individual from reporting sexual misconduct, has acted in complicity with another individual who has engaged or attempted to engage in sexual misconduct, or has engaged in any acts of intimidation or reprisal with respect to any reported sexual misconduct.
