• Burey Continues Brown's Work at BC - The Dr. Donald Brown Award, a new award initiated this year by the Office of AHANA Student Programs (OASP), was awarded to Jodi-Ann Burey, A&S '08, at a brunch on Saturday.
• BC Senior Lands Spot on The USA Today Academic Team - Senior Kuong Ly - whose passion for helping the displaced earned him a Truman award las year - has won a place on the 2008 All-USA College Academic First Team, USA Today's recognition program for outstanding students.
• Lynch School of Education Faculty receive Award - Lynch School of Education endowed chairholders Dr. Anderson J. Franklin and Janet Helms have been named recipients of the Distinguished Elder Award given by the National Multicultural Conference and Summit.
