FRESH to Table
FRESH to Table promotes healthy, regional, socially just, and sustainable food, focusing on community awareness, education and BC's Jesuit values.
BC Dining Services applied for and received a grant from The Henry P. Kendall Foundation to fund the implementation of our FRESH to Table initiative and work towards becoming a better, more sustainable dining program. The Kendall Foundation's goal is to create a resilient and healthy food system in New England by increasing the production and consumption of local, sustainably produced food.
New Menu Items
Each week, Corcoran Commons will be serving new menu items in line with our FRESH standards. A menu item must meet at least 2 of the 5 parameters before we classify it as FRESH.
