Flex Dining Plan

The Flex Dining Plan is designed to meet the needs of all students living in off-campus housing and apartment-style residence halls with kitchens. Only students living in the Mods, Rubenstein, Ignacio, Voute, Gabelli, Edmond’s Hall and 2000 Commonwealth Ave. as well as off-campus housing are eligible to purchase this plan. Graduate students are also eligible, but can only purchase the plan through Agora.

The Flex Dining Plan may be charged to your student account twice a year: April 1 to May 15 for the fall semester and October 1 to November 1 for the spring semester, or you can enroll any time and charge it to your credit card. 

The flex plan may be charged to a credit card, debit card or e-check at any time during the year through the BC Portal.

 

 
 

Flex Dining Plan

Students may buy into this plan at two levels:

Purchase $800, receive:
Flex Dining funds $800
Bonus Dollars (free) $120
Total spending power $920
 
Purchase $1,200, receive:
Flex Dining funds $1,200
Bonus Dollars (free) $300
Total spending power $1,500

Flex Dining funds may be used at all on-campus dining locations with the exception of concession stands and vending machines. See the chart to the right for a complete list of qualifying locations.

Refunds: Any balance remaining at the end of the academic year will roll over to the next academic year. Upon graduation a 100% refund on any balance over $5 will be applied to your student account. Refunds made in excess of $400 will be made net of Bonus Dollars used.

Bonus Dollars

Bonus Dollars will automatically be deducted from your account first at the point-of-sale at all participating on-campus dining locations. See the chart to the right for a complete list of qualifying locations.

Refunds: Bonus Dollars are non-refundable. They must be used in the academic year in which they were purchased and do not roll forward to the next academic year.
