As the Director of Teaching and Learning Technology, Cristina supervises a team of technologists who support faculty and graduate students with integrating technology into teaching and advising. Cristina oversees the CTE’s instructional technology suite, outreach and support efforts, and emerging technology research and implementation. Additional, Cristina oversees the CTE’s web development, system administration, and all digital scholarship initiatives supported by the Center.
Cristina works closely with the CTE's Executive Director and the CTE leadership team to develop strategies that support current pedagogical efforts and shape future academic technology endeavors. She collaborates with teaching and technology support entities in the library and throughout the university to support faculty innovation, and serves as a liaison to the Academic Technology Advisory Board and the Faculty Technology Contacts. Cristina holds a B.A. and M.A. in English from Boston College and lives in Boston with her husband, John.
