Customer satisfaction is our top priority!

Our purpose is to:

  1. monitor and support accurate and efficient problem resolutions.
  2. analyze and identify trends that may be developing in the support services area so a proactive approach can be taken to address common issues when possible.
  3. coordinate and facilitate multiple projects and initiatives related to ITS support quality assurance at Boston College.

The goal of Computing Support & Training is to focus on the person and the solution.  We work to meet this goal through the following service guidelines:

Curas personalis - demonstrating "care for the person" and their individual circumstances.

Accuracy - listening carefully and ensuring we are responding with accurate information, seeking assistance from ITS colleagues as needed.

No surprises - setting expectations around what we will do to help and when; and clearly communicating throughout the process.
