Salary Ranges for Hiring

Most Administrative and Support staff positions have a salary range based on their MRPs.  The hiring range, for job posting purposes, is the range minimum to the MRP. 

Some positions are ungraded (00), meaning they have no band or MRP assignments.  Salaries for these positions will reflect competitive market pay practices.

The hiring ranges for Dining Service hourly positions are listed below.

All individual employee hire salaries will be based on the employee's experience, education, and skills relative to the requirement of the position.
