Shuttle Bus Service

Free shuttle bus service will be available to transport all guests. In addition, special wheelchair accessible buses will be available for people with disabilities and mobility issues plus one guest. The service is available:

  • after the Baccalaureate Mass on Sunday outside Conte Forum - Gate B to transport guests to the reception on O'Neill Plaza,
  • and after the University Commencement on Monday outside Alumni Stadium - Gate E to transport guests to individual school diploma ceremonies on Middle Campus. This service runs all day Monday to transport guests around campus and back to their original point of arrival.

For further information check the complete shuttle bus schedule and bus stop map.

Golf Carts

Golf carts and hosts will be stationed throughout the Campus at various locations on Monday to transport people with disabilities and mobility issues and one additional person to assist. The shuttle bus service is the primary mode of transportation; golf carts offer additional assistance to transport people with disabilities and mobility issues to/from the Beacon Garage to the main ceremony and also to/from the shuttle bus stops and diploma ceremony sites as needed. Golf carts will be available until 3:00 P.M. on Monday.

Golf carts are on a first-come, first-served basis. Longer waits for golf carts should be expected immediately after ceremonies end or begin. We encourage all graduates and guests to use shuttles as much as possible.
