Graduates must pick up academic regalia BEFORE the day of the ceremony. Cap and gown distribution will not be available on Saturday and Sunday.
Graduates may get measured, order and pick up academic regalia:
Conte Forum, Visitors' Locker Room-Public Skating Area
- Wednesday, May 14, 12 noon-8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, May 15, 12 noon-8:00 p.m.
- Friday, May 16, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
The rental price for caps and gowns are as follows:
Bachelor's - $18.00
Master's - $19.00
Certificates - $20.00
Doctor's - $21.00
Deluxe BC Doctor - $39.00
Students need their B.C. ID, height and hat size. Bachelor and Master graduates may keep their hood and tassel. Certificate and Doctor graduates may keep the tassel only.
This rental outfit must be returned no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19. There will be a charge of $35.00 for outfits returned incomplete or without the appropriate receipt.
Drop Off Locations for Cap & Gown Return
Representatives of University Cap & Gown will be collecting rented academic regalia at the main entrances of the following locations:
- O'Neill Library
- Between Robsham Theater and Corcoran Commons
- St. Ignatius Church
- McElroy Commons-Bookstore Entrance
- Gasson Hall-East Entrance
- Bapst Library
- Fulton Hall-Atrium Entrance
- Conte Forum-Concourse, Gates B & C
Next day returns must be made at Hopkins House, 116 College Road.
