Our mission is to act in partnership with community leaders and activists to help meet the social, educational, and cultural needs of the neighborhoods of Boston and Newton.
Boston College seeks always to be a good neighbor. We fulfill that charge in part by bringing to the community the volunteer work of hundreds of committed students and staff members, the expertise of talented faculty members and researchers, and the varied physical resources of a great campus.
Boston College students, faculty, staff, and alumni work in partnership with local neighborhoods and other communities in greater Boston to help deliver a variety of services to local citizens: educational, social, financial, faculty outreach, cultural, and recreational.
