Frequently Asked Questions: BC Community & Faculty

Endeavor is a three-day career exploration program that will bring sophomores pursuing degrees in the liberal arts together with alumni, faculty, and friends in lively and informal gatherings to connect the value of a liberal arts education to an individual’s future, and to explore, reflect, and act on career interests and goals.

Endeavor will take place January 10–12, 2018.

Sophomores who are considering majors in the liberal arts and have not yet determined a specific career direction would benefit most from Endeavor. Please direct students, student groups, or classes who may fit this audience to bc.edu/endeavor to learn more and sign up.

Do you know a specific student who you believe would benefit from Endeavor?  Nominate him/her for the program! Please enter your student nominations into this form, and the Career Center will follow up with students to let them know they have been nominated. Please note that a nomination isn’t required for students to register for this program.

We are very excited that this will be the third year for Endeavor! This program grew out of a need to help prepare students with majors in the liberal arts for careers after college. It aids in reaching Boston College’s mission to prepare students for "citizenship, service and leadership in a global society.”
