Endeavor is a three-day career exploration program that will bring sophomores pursuing degrees in the liberal arts together with alumni, faculty, and friends in lively and informal gatherings to connect the value of a liberal arts education to an individual’s future, and to explore, reflect, and act on career interests and goals.

Endeavor will take place January 10–12, 2018.
As an alumna/us involved in Endeavor, we are asking you to be available the entire workday of Thursday, January 11, 2018. Throughout the day you will be involved in large and small group discussions, as well as coaching sessions with students.
Alumni, ranging from new to their position to those who more seasoned in their field, participating in Endeavor will serve as panelists, coaches, and networking practice.
As a panelist…
During the day, alumni will be involved as panelists, sharing their discernment process, their path to their current career, and answering questions from students who are interested in their industry or profession.
As a coach…
Each alumus/a will be paired with a small group of students with whom they can discuss their career journey, and share stories, challenges, and suggestions on navigating and leveraging their liberal arts degree in a professional setting. We hope that these coaching groups will be the beginning of great relationships between students and alumni.
As a networker…
At the end of the day on Thursday, January 11, there will be a reception for students to network with alumni in different industries. During this time, alumni will help students with their introductions, build connections with students, and learn more about students who may not have been in their coaching groups.
