MERC ~ Massachusetts Educational Recruiting Consortium Job Fair
Date: Thursday, April 19, 2012
NEW Time: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM (NOTE that many employers leave by 2:00 PM)
NEW LOCATION: Cabot Gym, Northeastern University - Boston, MA

• 80-100 public school districts from across the country and around Massachusetts (usually there are about 40 schools and districts from Massachusetts).
• Other employers attending include charter schools, private schools and educational organizations.
• The fair is designed to promote informal networking and introductions. Some school districts, usually from out-of-state, also conduct interviews at MERC.

MANDATORY MERC Registration Packet Interested Boston College students and alumni MUST get a MERC registration packet from the BC Career Center.

Boston College students and alumni should email peter.hunt@bc.edu to receive your packet. In your email, please include your name, class year and majors.

ELIGIBILITY NOTICE: Only matriculated students and alumni from MERC member schools (including Boston College) can attend the job fair.

• To search the MERC site for registered employers – log in (the passcode is in your MERC packet), then on the left side, under "Career Fairs," click on "MERC," then click on "Registered Organizations." That will give you a list of all the registered organizations.
