On-Campus Recruiting
Conducted from October through April. The Recruiting Office will publicize your career opportunity, electronically forward students' resumes, and coordinate campus interview schedules. Employers pre-screen resumes, which they receive about three weeks before the interview date, and pre-select the candidates to be interviewed.
A typical on-campus interview day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. A standard interview schedule accommodates twelve 30-minute interviews with an hour for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. However, we can arrange your interview schedule to fit your specifications.
EagleLink provides direct employer access to our online recruiting system.

2009-2010 Recruiting Program SchedulePlease call (617) 552-4769 or e-mail employer.recruiting@bc.edu to discuss the recruiting program.
Due to the competitiveness of the college recruiting process, we found the need to devise and implement an Employer Recruiting Policy for the upcoming year. We believe this policy is equitable and fair to all participants.
Off-Campus Recruiting
An option if you choose to hold interviews at your organization's site. The Recruiting Office will publicize your career opportunity and electronically forward students' resumes. Employers may select candidates and follow up with students directly.
Please call (617) 552-4769 or e-mail employer.recruiting@bc.edu to discuss the recruiting program.
Information Sessions
If you wish to arrange a group presentation and provide students with specific information about your industry, organization, career paths, and corporate culture, the Recruiting Office will schedule an information session for you. Information sessions typically last for one hour and include a presentation, a question-and-answer period, and an informal reception.
Please call (617) 552-4769 or e-mail employer.recruiting@bc.edu to schedule an information session.
Resume Books
From early April through mid August, the Recruiting Program provides employers access to Online Resume Books specific to your industry and position. This allows you to match the resumes of recent graduates with the requirements of a position for which you are hiring. If candidates meet the specifications for your current position, you may contact the students directly to arrange a date, time, and place for interviews.
To receive access to a specific industry Resume Book (limit 5), reply to employer.recruiting@bc.edu notifying us of your industry selection. It is necessary to attach a copy of the job description(s) for which you are seeking candidates. Once we receive your request, we will then follow up with instructions on how to search the database. Please see the list of industries below.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Recruiting Office at 617-552-4769. We look forward to working with you!
