Boston College students and graduates bring ability, enthusiasm, and commitment to the workplace. Ready to recruit an outstanding intern or employee? Listed below are a few ways to connect with some outstanding candidates.

Employers recruiting through the Boston College Career Center are expected to abide by and adhere to the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) “Principles for Professional Practice for Career Services and Employment Professionals and the US Department of Labor (WHD) requirements. In particular, please review Fact Sheet #71 as it relates to Internship Programs under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Job Listings

Employers may post jobs for Boston College students and alumni on EagleLink, our online career management tool. The service is free if you’re only posting jobs for the BC community, and there is a small fee for multiple school listings.


Internship Listings

Employers may post internships for Boston College students and alumni on EagleLink, BC’s online career management tool. You may also advertise your internship to students from BC and other selective colleges and universities that participate in the UCAN Internship Exchange.

On-Campus Recruiting Program

Employers may interview students on campus by participating in the Career Center’s On-Campus Recruiting Program.


Boston College Career and Internship Fairs

Employers have access to a wealth of talent each fall at the Boston College Career Fair, and at the Internship Fair held each January. The Career Center also sponsors annual events for specific fields—including the Nursing Career Fair and the K-12 Education Career Fair.
