Databses of under 2000 names can be maintained using a variety of software and printed on labels from local printers.
Larger databases should be maintained in a format that can be connected to an ASKII format and downloaded to a mail service provider for inkjet addressing.
Databases supplied in this format can be C.A.S.S. certified (verified for correct postal address formats) reducing undeliverable mail. These databases can also be reviewed for proper four-digit ZIP extensions and bar-coded for carrier route sorting, for additional postal discounts. Your mail service provider can work with you to help you set up your databse for automated mail postal discounts.
