Boston College’s gospel choir fills the main tent with joyful praise and enthusiasm as they perform some of their greatest hits and live up to their name: powerful voices lifted up in imani, the Swahili word for “faith.” O'Neill Plaza

Dance Showcase

The Festival Dance Showcases feature an assortment of dance styles – ranging from traditional ballet, jazz, modern, and tap to hip-hop, swing, and step. These showcases feature student choreographers and dancers from 18 different student groups working extensively outside the classroom on their art form.  Intercultural student groups will present exhibitions of their dance styles from all over the world. Madrigals! Sounds of the Spring

A collection of springtime Medieval a cappella music composed in both the modern and traditional styles and performed in costume.

A performance based on archival love letters written throughout the Korean War between 2nd Lt. Dwight S. Thompson and Cleora B. Barnes. Written and developed by BC's Prof. Susan Thompson. Bonn Studio, Robsham Theater Arts Center

Avenue Q

In this contemporary musical comedy most of the characters are puppets living in rundown tenements on a rundown street in New York City. Several characters are parodies of Sesame Street regulars, however they are in their twenties and thirties and face adult problems; despite the fuzzy faces, this is not a children's show. *Admission $15, $10 for seniors or with a BC ID.
