Bob Chibka (fiction) Mr. Chibka teaches fiction writing and eighteenth-century British literature. His most recent publication, a long short story, “Sic Transit,” appeared in the inaugural issue of the online Boston College arts journal "Epicenters". He’s also been trying, lately, to convince the world that Henry Fielding depicted characters’ minds. | ||

Amy Boesky (creative nonfiction) Ms. Boesky is currently teaching Creative Nonfiction and Coming of Age in the English department. She has published fiction for children and young adults and is currently at work on two projects: a critical study of the role of reading in the lives of adolescent girls and a young adult novel. She’ll be reading today from a recently completed memoir. | ||

Elizabeth Kirschner (poetry) Poet and lyricist, Elizabeth Kirschner has published three volumes of poetry, "Twenty Colors", "Postal Routes", and "Slow Risen Among the Smoke Trees", all with Carnegie-Mellon University Press. Her chapbook, "The Red Dragon", was published by Permafrost. She has two books forthcoming: "My Life as a Doll" (Autumn House Press, July ’08), and "Surrender to Light" (Cherry Grove Editions, August ’09). | ||
