Take photos of the Arts Festival in action – in any of its venues or at any of its events – and GET PUBLISHED!
Eligibility: BC undergraduate and graduate students
Prize: Best photo printed in the Summer edition of the Boston College Magazine and photographer receives $250 award from the BCM! The top 10 photos will be shown as a slide show in the Spring BCM online edition. Photos will be judged by BCM photographers Lee Pellegrini and Gary Gilbert.
Deadline: Tuesday, April 29
Rules: No more than three entries per person, please.
The Arts Festival and Office of Marketing Communications reserve the right to post on the BC web site all photos submitted to the contest. The Arts Festival further reserves the right to print submitted photos in marketing publications for the BC Arts Council (with photographer credit, of course).
Submission Process:
Photographers may make digital or print submissions – no other formats will be accepted than those described below.
Digital Submissions:
· At least 300 dpi in JPEG format.
· Photographer’s name, mailing address, email address, year of graduation, and daytime phone number must accompany the entry.
· Email entries to bcm@bc.edu
Print Submissions:
· Prints must be at least 5x7 inches.
· Photographer’s name, mailing address, email address, year of graduation, and daytime phone number must be labeled on the back.
· Prints will not be returned.
· Prints must be delivered to Boston College Magazine, in the Office of Marketing Communications, at 3 Lake Street, on the Brighton Campus – NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 29.
