Every year, the Boston College Arts Festival brings the Boston College and surrounding communities together to celebrate the arts. The 13th annual Arts Festival committee invites the community to experience the variety of arts at Boston College firsthand. A talented group of more than 1,000 student and faculty artists will present music, theater, dance, poetry, film, painting, sculpture, and more. Enjoy some music, buy some art, try your hand at ceramics, listen to readings, enjoy a play…there’s so much to experience at the BC Arts Festival!

This year’s festival includes a series of events related to Arts and Social Responsibility (identified on the schedule pages with a green leaf) and the Center for Student Formation.

In recognition of his achievements as a theatre director, the 2012 Arts Council Alumni Award Recipient will be Tony Taccone '72.Friday afternoon also features an Arts Awards Celebration and Reception that is open to the public. BC students, faculty, and alumni will receive awards for artistic achievement, and we can all celebrate with an hors d’oeuvres reception and entertainment.
