Use the Sign-in/My Account feature of Quest to personalize your Quest account and make requests.

Your account allows you to create and manage Quest Alert profiles which provide you with an e-mail update when something of interest to you is added to the collection. To do this:

  1. Conduct a search in either Basic, Advanced or Command search screens.
  2. From the results list, select Create Quest Alert from the options near the top.
  3. If you haven't signed in, you will be requested to do so.
  4. Fill in the alert name, select the frequency, and specify the location and catalog if necessary.

Other Quest account options and services include:

  • View/renew loans
  • Recall/delivery request
  • Make Interlibrary Loan requests
  • Request items from Law Library
  • Make a locate and photocopy request
  • Ask a reference question
  • Request a research consultation
  • Request library instruction
  • Request data from ICPSR (Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research)
