The Boston College Libraries support the creation and management of digital resources used for scholarship and teaching. If you have an idea for a project that involves digitization and management of materials for inclusion in the Libraries' permanent digital collections, please complete and submit the following form. 

The project submission process will be generally as follows: Submission of Project Proposal > Follow-up by Digital Projects Staff > Digital Repository Board (DRB) Project ReviewDRB Response to Project Submitter.  If accepted, a project working group will be established and will begin to outline the project scope, timeline, and deliverables.

NOTE: Please review the Project Selection Priorities used by the DRB before submitting a project proposal.

Indicate the status of distribution rights for the collection(s) to be digitized.





Submitter Assistance

Please indicate if you have any special knowledge, technical skills or other resources that might assist with project completion (i.e. can you provide collection context information, historical background of collection, funding, awareness of potential funding sources, or information about other digital projects working with similar materials?).  Also, if you have staff and/or students that can assist with this project please indicate this as well.
