It's not a rumor, it's true--Bloomberg is back! Following a four-month "vacation," this leading financial news service is again accessible in O'Neill Library. Bloomberg Finance L.P, founded in 1981 by Michael Bloomberg, provides news and data to financial companies and organizations in virtually every country in the world.
Though the new version of Bloomberg looks and feels like the former one, it is actually a little better. You can now download data from Bloomberg into Excel or search and import the data directly from within Excel. So for anyone who missed Bloomberg, its back and located in the same old place in the ONeill Library as before. And for anyone who wants to try it out for the first time (restricted to BC community only), just ask for a library staff member at the reference desk to sign you in.
