 Class Updates

Schedule Notes
1. You will be required to bring your own sticky mat to class. The Plex sells sticky mats for $15.00 per mat at the Equipment Desk. Class will be limited to room capacity, first come, first serve.

2. You may sign up for cycle class 1 day advanced at the Equipment Desk. BC IDs are required for sign up as well as for admittance to class. Phone reservations are permitted only the day of the scheduled class. Please call the equipment desk at 617.552.3035 x4. There will be a 7 person wait list and those who arrive late will have their spot given to the next person on the waiting list. Repetitive no shows will not be granted the privilege to take classes. Participants may NOT adjust the cycles other than handle bar height and seat height (no bringing your own pedals, seats, etc.) ONLY gel pads are allowed. Members are required to bring a towel with them. It is STRONGLY recommended for all participants to bring their own bottle of water. Participants are required to wipe down cycles after class. Cleaning supplies are provided.
