OUR PROGRAM

group fitness photosWelcome to the Boston College Group Fitness Program. With over 80 classes per week, our schedule will be sure to provide you with a variety of workouts for all your fitness needs. Best of all, all classes are free with a Plex membership. Join the program at any time.

The permanent schedule starts Monday 9/29/08 and goes until Sunday, 12/14/08.

There will be no classes on the following dates:
  • all Saturdays
  • Friday October 10(3:30 PM & after) through Monday October 13, Columbus Day Weekend
  • Tuesday, 11/25/08 (4:00PM & after) through Sunday, 11/30/08 Thanksgiving break

Class types and times may change due to instructor availability or class popularity. For the most updated schedule, check the Group Fitness schedule section of our website for changes and cancellations.
