This military inspired,
challenging indoor/outdoor workout is
guaranteed to whip you into your best shape
ever! This class combines different running
drills, plyometrics, calisthenics, and strength
moves that will firm, tone and sculpt your
body. Class meets in Court 10 for the first 10 minutes and may go
outside weather depending.
The September 30 and October 2 class will be held indoor on Court 10. It is highly recommended you bring a bottle of water to class.
