After Hurricane Katrina, there were many, many people who were displaced throughout the country. There was a lot of confusion and chaos as the citizens of New Orleans and others had their homes and schools destroyed. Our professor at Boston College, Dr. Belle Liang, had an idea. We would create a website to reach out to adolescents.

Both undergraduate and graduate students of Dr. Liang contributed to the content of the site. They researched and wrote much of the factual information on the site. The format, colors, and layout that you see were designed by the Design Team. The Design Team is a group of undergraduate students who worked closely with the technology services professionals at Boston College to put together the site. We are extremely enthusiastic and hope that youth from around all backgrounds and regions will find our site as exciting as we do. The Design Team has lots planned for the site, but we need your participation! So browse through the site and submit your stories and ideas.
