We suggest you use the alphabetical index or the hierarchical list of schools, departments and organizations to locate the home page of the office you are interested in contacting. If you know the exact spelling of an individual's name, you can usually reach him/her by using the e-mail address format "firstname.lastname@bc.edu" (without the quotes). In the case of individuals with common names, the e-mail system will reply to you with a list of individuals which match the name you specified, along with some distinguishing information such as year of graduation or department affiliation, and their fully qualified e-mail addresses. You will then need to resend your message to the fully qualified e-mail address of the person you were trying to reach. |
