Structure of Tags: <> </>
- The first tag determines the format of that which follows it
- The slash tag ends this formatting
- Tags are not case sensitive
- Most, but not all, tags exist in pairs
- One pair of tags can exist within another pair of tags
- For example: <HEAD> <TITLE> Title </TITLE> </HEAD>
