Accessibility Issues: Keeping the physically disabled in mind

The blind rely on applications that read the text to them
- Links should be descriptive such that if the application lists the link apart from the text, the link is still intelligible
- All graphics should be accompanied by alternate text, so remember the ALT attribute in the <IMG SRC> tag
- Forms should be accompanied by alternative ways of submitting information (e-mail address and telephone number)
The color blind must be kept in mind if you decide to change your background color and text color
The deaf must be kept in mind if you include audio files
