The CTRC (Campus Technology Resource Center) is a full service technology center that provides computing support to the Boston College community in four areas of support:
CTRC (the lab): The main computer lab on the Boston College campus provides public computers for the use of students, faculty, and staff. We offer both Windows and Macintosh computers with the most popular software installed. We also provide help with PIN, password, and software issues. Hours
Note: The CTRC (lab) will be closed on Tuesday 8/26 from 1pm to 3pm for Resnet training and Thursday 8/28 from 9am to 3 pm for FYE Registration.
Walk-In Help Desk: Provides assistance to users needing technology help with their computer's software, networking, virus removal, computer rebuild/reimage, and other such issues. Hours
Help Center (formerly the Call Center): Provides technical support to the user community via phone, 617-552-HELP and email, help.center@bc.edu. Assistance is available with all university standard software, as well as email, access problems, networking, voicemail, PIN, and Password. Hours
ResNet: A group of students who work with Information Technology Services to bring the Boston College student community superior technical support and education. The CTRC is also the headquarters for the ResNet program.
