MK 021 Marketing Principles (Fall/Spring: 3)
This course is a prerequisite for all other marketing courses.
This course will explore the basic concepts, principles, and activities
that are involved in modern marketing. It presents marketing within the
integrating framework of the marketing management process that consists
of organizing marketing planning, analyzing market opportunities, selecting
target markets, developing the marketing mix, and managing the marketing
effort. Additional attention is focused on international marketing, services
marketing, non-profit marketing, and marketing ethics.
