Students in this course will learn about contemporary empirical and theoretical
research on the dynamics of international culture, gender, race, and other
special differences in the workplace. They can also increase skills in diagnosing
and solving diversity-related conflicts and dilemmas, and develop a capacity
to distinguish a monolithic organization from one that treats diversity
as a competitive advantage.
