An introduction to hydrologic processes on and near the Earth's surface.
Topics include all major components of the land phase of the hydrologic
cycle--precipitation, infiltration, evapotranspiration, groundwater, and
streamflow--emphasizing surface water and ground water as a single resource.
Hydrologic processes will be discussed in the context of ecosystems, community
infrastructure, and public health.
