EC 278 Environmental Economics (Fall/Spring: 3)

The course will examine different aspects of natural resource allocation
and the protection of environmental quality from an economic standpoint,
including specific areas of market failure, the allocation of public goods,
the estimation of non-market values, public policy avenues for influencing
natural resource management, and ethical issues in natural resource management.
