Research interests
At the moment, I am interested in both algebraic geometry and low dimensional topology/geometry. Aspects on algebraic number theory that interest me in particular are results that draw parallels between algebraic and analytic structures. In low dimensional topology and geometry, I am interested in topological computation, knot theory and geometric structures on low dimensional manifolds.

Why did you choose Boston College?
I chose Boston College to be in a tightly knit department and to be part of a close community of graduate students. I also chose Boston College for the location; the Boston area is perhaps the best place to pursue mathematical research and pedagogy.
