INFORMATION

This Form is for WEB Registration. Please read all instructions carefully. STM degree students who have PIN numbers have the option to use the University's U-DIAL registration system. All students must be registered for courses before the courses begin. To register by mail, click here to download the Summer Information packet and send in the application form (pg.19) to the STM.

All students must be registered for courses before the courses begin. Registrations should be received by the Friday prior to the start of each summer session.  Confirmation of registration will be emailed to students. All name tags will be distributed in class on the first day.


REGISTRATION AND NAME TAG REGISTRATION

Name Tags
: All students must wear their name tags for admittance to class. Name tags will be delivered to you in class on the first day.

Registration for Financial Aid Recipients: Complete the registration form and deduct the amount of your financial aid from your total tuition costs.  If you have any problems calculating the amount you should be paying, call Sharon Bryant (617-552-6511) or toll free (1-800-487-1167) prior to sending in your form and payment.


DROP/ADD AND REFUND INFORMATION

In-Person Drop/Add
: Drop/adds must be done in person prior to the second class meeting.  STM staff members will be available at break time during Sessions I, II, and III on the first day to handle drop/adds.  Students who add a course will be given a new name tag at the time they turn in their old one.

Online Drop/Add: Students who drop/add online will need to request a new name tag from the STM prior to the second meeting of the class.

Refunds
: Students who withdraw from a course before the first class meeting will receive a 100% refund. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are NOT available after the second class meeting.

Tuition and Housing Payment Information:
Please note that all tuition and housing charges must be paid prior to the first class.  Students who have not paid their tuition and housing charges will not be admitted to class until the charges are paid.

SELECT COURSES & WORKSHOPS
Check each course you wish to attend. All STM summer courses are two credits with the exception of TM 730, TM686, and TM 687, which are one credit each. TM 700 is a three credit course, and can be taken for three credits only. Students desiring to take courses for a different credit value must complete a three-credit request form and receive approval from the instructor and the associate dean for academic affairs on the first day the class meets.

Check each workshop you wish to attend. Please note the following:
--The afternoon session for the Post-Master's Certificate in Spiritual Formation is $100. It is required for all students enrolled in the certificate program.
--Additional workshops are free of charge.

1 Credit course (1 week) is $716.
2 Credit course (2 week course) is $1432.
3 Credit course (2 week course) is $2148.

To Audit a 1 Credit course is $358.
To Audit a 2 Credit course is $716.
To Audit a 3 Credit course is $1074.

Payment by Check or Money Order: make payable to Boston College. Please write your Eagle One ID Number on your check or money order. DO NOT SEND CASH. International students: Note that payment must be in U.S. dollars.


Payment by Credit Card: American Express, Mastercard, or Visa are accepted. If you wish to pay by credit card, please complete the credit card authorization form in the summer information packet and return it with your completed registration form, or fax it to 617-552-0811. Please do not email credit card information. If the credit card authorization is denied for any reason, the charge will not be processed, the registration form will be returned to the student and the student will not be registered. Important: Tuition and event costs must be paid separately.
