Summer Institute students will have the option of choosing air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned accommodations this summer. The air conditioned accommodations will be in Ignacio Hall. Units in Ignacio Hall are apartment-style with three bedrooms and include a kitchen, two bathrooms, a common room, and storage space.
Non-air-conditioned accommodations will be in Walsh Hall. Units in Walsh Hall are suite-style with four bedrooms and include a kitchenette, two bathrooms, a common room, and storage space.
Basic linen service will be provided for each participant upon their arrival. This includes a supply bag that contains linens, towels, and a roll of toilet paper. Trash barrels with three liners will also be provided for the suite. There will be no linen exchange. There is a $15 charge for each set of linens provided. If you do not wish to have the basic linen service, please indicate this in the comments section of your housing application; otherwise you will receive and be charged for the basic linen service. Blankets, washcloths, dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware and other utensils are NOT provided. If you wish to use these, you will need to supply them. Dining facilities are available for those who choose not to cook.

STM Summer Institute students will check in for housing at the Summer Welcome Center, located at 110 St. Thomas More Drive, which is a short walk from Ignacio and Walsh Hall.
