Job Description

This full time position is responsible to foster the evangelization of young people in the age range between grade school and 18 years old, according to Roman Catholic Church teachings and the policies of the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay, under the supervision of the Director of Education.

Job Requirements

This position requires a Master’s degree in theology or related area (or pursuing the same) plus a minimum of five years’ experience in the field, and an awareness of the developmental theories of youth and their application to ministry in the Catholic Church. Individuals being considered must have good working knowledge of applicable Church documents on young people, be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church and work in accord with Catholic Social Teachings and the moral values of the Catholic Church and hold a valid driver’s license.

We are searching for candidates with excellent communication skills, strong computer skills including knowledge of the Internet and electronic newsletters, collaborative leadership style, decision-making, planning and budgeting skills. The ability to complete multiple projects and tasks as required, be detail-oriented, make effective decisions, and present to youth in a dynamic manner while working in a team environment is extremely important.
