The Diocese of St. Augustine is seeking a full-time Director for Youth and Young Adult Ministry. Come join us in Jacksonville, Florida !!! We are looking for just the right candidate...someone who is dynamic, creative, culturally sensitive, spiritually inspired and ready to embrace the youth and young adult populations in northeast Florida.

Overall responsibilities include: providing resources to parishes; coordinating diocesan-wide programs, fundraisers, special events, and workshops for leadership development; encouraging ministry where there is none; and communicating and collaborating with parishes, diocesan offices, parents and volunteers.
Applicants must be a practicing Catholic and member in good standing of a Catholic parish, have at least a Bachelor's degree (post-graduate work in religious studies or related field preferred), and have seven years of parish or diocesan experience with young Catholics. They should also possess excellent communications skills and a working knowledge of social media / web applications.
