Certificate in Religious Education

This certificate program is designed for people who wish to concentrate their studies in religious education.  It is particularly suited to students teaching theology/religious education in Catholic high schools and working as catechists in parishes.  With the help of an assigned advisor, students can structure their courses to attend to their curriculum needs in both theology and pedagogy.

Requirements:  Eighteen hours of academic courses taken for credit, with emphasis on religious education. People can combine both academic year and Summer Institute courses.
