This workshop will focus on the general cardiovascular assessment. We will then discuss heart sounds and relate findings to the underlying cardiac condition. Lastly, the use of the electrocardiogram to assist in patient diagnosis and management will be highlighted

CHALLENGING PELVIC EXAMS ACROSS THE LIFE SPAN

This workshop will focus on performing pelvic exams under challenging situations such as the initial pelvic exam, the pediatric patient, the obese patient, the developmentally disabled patient, the patient with anatomical abnormalities, and the menopausal patient. The new PAP guidelines will also be reviewed.
