This online offering is designed to meet the mandatory educational requirement of APRN prescribers who are applying or renewing their application of MA Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR).  Course content includes added safeguards to the existing Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP), including effective pain management, identification of patients at high risk for substance abuse, and counseling of patients about the side effects, addictive nature, and proper storage/disposal of prescription medications.

Cancellation Policy

Requests to transfer payments to another course, and cancellations, are only accepted in writing (or by e-mail to sonce@bc.edu) four weeks prior to the start of the course.

Refund Policy

A refund (less $50 administrative costs) is provided only if a cancellation is requested in writing (or by e-mail to sonce@bc.edu) four weeks prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after that date or for no-shows.
