Nurses should prepare to take on leadership roles in global health care, Karen H. Morin, president of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International, told an audience of more than 80 people who turned out for her fall Pinnacle lecture, “Lessons Learned: Leadership in a Global World.” A professor and director of graduate programs at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Nursing and an accomplished author, investigator, and presenter, Morin highlighted the distinct skills and abilities required of nursing leaders in the global arena.
